I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray is NOT a 0 calorie food, even though it is listed as one. Just a heads up. It can list itself as no calories because a serving is less than 5 cals, but actually, each 25 sprays is 20 calories, making a single spray 0.8 calories. Nothing to get anal about if you eat a few sprays, but if you do it often... it can make a difference.
I only use fat-free sour cream because I will get sick from milk fat, but also, I prefer the taste. It's more tang and less cream to me, and it feels lighter than greek yogurt. I don't eat cheese very often because of this, but I've never had reduced fat except the babybell stuff, which I like.
