Hi, everyone. I just joined a few minutes ago. I've successfully lost weight before, but it found me again! Now I'm ready for another change. I'd like to lose about 30 pounds, maybe a little more, and I'm starting to exercise. My goal is to walk at least 30 minutes a day. Nice to be here. I do need support and encouragement, and I appreciate all the great recipe ideas.
