Midol does seem to help me with bloating, but only hormonal-related bloating.
What have you been eating? Drinking water is good, but it can't counteract the damage you do with sodium overdoses. When I'm feeling bloaty, it's one of three things:
1) It's hormonal, and I'm about to start my period. This is just something I have to tough out.
2) I've had too much sodium. Eating out a lot, and prepackaged foods, can be very high in sodium, and cause bloating.
3) Gas. I'm lactose intolerant, but adore cheese. Gas always makes me bloaty. :)
If you'll consider sharing your nutrition tracker, we can take a look and see if your diet's the culprit. You can't "flush" your body (it's not a toilet) but avoiding bloating is more about prevention than treatment.
