2) You do not have to cut out alcohol. Alcohol is empty calories, yes, but that doesn't mean you can't have it.
3) Exercising more will not make you lose weight faster. Because you need to eat more to fuel your intenser levels of exercise, you end up the same deficits.
You do not attempt to lose weight fast. Weight loss quickly tends to come back quickly. This is not a sprint, it's a marathon. Making healthy lifestyle changes that you can sustain for a lifetime is about losing weight in a healthy way.
Because Sparkpeople is about balance and healthy living, I think you will find most members here unsupportive of your concept of "losing weight fast" and advise you to slow down and take better care of yourself.
