I love greek yogurt! The plain stuff, and even the honey flavored, I can't do, but if I mix in a little bit of stevia or splenda and fruit... YUM. I'm a sugar fiend!
Uh... I've noticed that store brands tend to be "healthier" than name brands. Yoplait is pretty much crap IMO. 5 g of protein per cup and a BUNCH of added sugar in every kind. Not worth it. Activia is good in the way that it has more probiotics to help "regulate" you, but I prefer store brand. It's a heck of a lot cheaper and often times has more protein in it and satiates you longer. My FAVORITE "yogurt" is actually a "dairy blend." It's CARBmaster yogurt found in Fred Meyer's, if you have one near you. 60 calories per 6 oz container, 8 g of protein, 3 net carbs I believe. I don't count carbs or anything, but this yogurt has seriously been the best tasting thing and fits perfectly into MY daily diet.
