There is no way to target your weight loss. Because fat loss is a total-body process, you can't choose where it will come off nor how you will look when it does.
The best thing you can do is keep yourself hydrated... drink lots of water! And watch your sodium intake. Too much sodium can cause bloating, which will increase your appearance of fat.
Also, if you haven't started strength training yet, start! IT will improve your body composition, increasing lean muscle mass (Which means more calories burned!) and help the fat you do have look better!
