Lean Cuisine has some tasty options. I love the butternut squash ravioli, but with 550 mg of sodium, it has to be an occasional splurge. I've also seen the LightLife line of vegetarian frozen meals. They look good, but I haven't tried them yet.
I agree with other commenters--it's ideal to make your own dishes and freeze them. However, it's all about small steps and what will work for you. While the sodium in the "light" frozen meals isn't great for you, it's certainly better than other lunch options.
