I worked night for 6 years and managed to lose about 80 pounds while doing it.
I worked the 11pm - 7 am shift, went to college in the AM and slept after 2 pm.
Usually had a little something before work, light snack at first break (about 2 am), 4 am would usually be my biggest meal, then something smaller before bed.
Workouts were usually between 7-9 am and would have a protein snack after that.
It worked for me. I tried to treat my night schedule just like it was a day schedule.
