I have been taking ACE once a day for a week now and have lost 7 pounds. My energy level is up slightly, and at first it kept me awake at night. However now I am not having any problems. My first thought with these was dang I am sooo thirsty! You do need to drink a lot of water with these and you will because your mouth will be super dry. At least mine has been. I am really bad at drinking my 8 glasses of water a day normally, but this past week no problem watering myself. I was worried about side effects as I get palpitations when I drink energy drinks. I have not had any side effects with these. Everything about them seems great. My hunger pains, and cravings have gone away and thats a huge thing for me because I work in a grocery store where I am surrounded by food and I would snack on junkfood or fried deli food on my lunch or breaks. Hopefully it will work for you.

The idea of a diet pill is very alluring. Everyone gets sucked into thinking they may be the answer for them at some point. But if you think about diet pills logically you would come to realize that if there were a diet pill that worked and that was safe, EVERYONE would be taking them. They would not be a secret, nor would only be able to get them at certain places for certain prices. They would be EVERYWHERE. So, instead of wasting money and possibly risking your health realize that there is no such thing as a diet pill that works. Instead eat whole fresh foods, drink plenty of water and exercise. Thats it.
I don't think anyone's going to "put you down", as you say. But.....you're posting asking for input on something that you know could get some negative response.
I'm with the previous poster who asks.....why would you do 30 DS more than once a day? If that doesn't burn you out or injure you, your body will adapt VERY quickly and you won't see the results you seem to be looking for. How about some intervals, different videos, and strength training? Mixing it up will keep things interesting and keep your body's adaptation response from kicking in so quickly.
I see from you page that you have a baby....how long ago did you give birth? If it's been under 6 months, you need to give it some time, dear. If it's been longer than that, you need to put more of your focus on what you're eating. If you haven't already done so, set up your goals and current info in Spark and let it compute a calorie range for you. Make sure that your goal weight and date are reasonable enough to give you a decent calorie range to work with. Then, work on getting within as many of the ranges as you can, as often as you can. Focus on getting the best quality, nutrition-dense food you can manage.
You mention a lack of energy....as a new mom, getting enough sleep is tough but should be near the top of your list of "things to do every day". Eating enough to fuel your workouts is super important, too.
Before trying any new product or idea, ask yourself what it will teach you and whether it's sustainable for the long haul. Taking a diet pill will not teach you how to make good choices, and once you stop taking them the weight will return. Once that happens, your metabolism is even more messed up, making losing weight the next time around even more difficult.

If you need energy to get through your workouts, you're likely not eating enough to support those workouts. Diet pills will not make you lose weight (especially not these things) and often come with unpleasant side effects.
Rejecting opinions from those who haven't tried them isn't wise; I don't need to leap off of a bridge to know it's a bad idea. I don't need people who have tried it to tell me that.
In order to have the energy to work out intensely, you must fuel your body properly. If you're too tired to get through a workout without drugs, then you are likely undereating and overexercising.
I am concerned that the need to workout so much and take supplements to power those workouts may be signs of disordered thinking. I take it from your username that you have struggled with eating disorders in the past? It's important to find balance. Have you talked about your weight loss desires with your doctor?

First, search the message boards, I'm pretty sure these have been discussed a lot. Second, why on Earth would you do 30 day shred 2-3 times a day. That is not good for you. And, not to judge, but your user name is a tad offputting, at least to me, in what it seems to be signifying. I could be reading too much into it, though.

Hi, i just joined about 30 minutes ago. I was looking into these diet pills called "ACE." for those who have tried them, can you give me some feedback/results. How many did you take a day? (im planning on taking one/day and see how it goes from there if I do decide to get them).
I dont want anyone's opinions on these pills if you have never taken them. I looked at all what was in there and the side effects, etc. So, you dont have to tell me. Im not going to be put down just because I want to try something new. I know there's no miracle pill.I just want them for energy so I can do my 30 day shred 2-3 times a day. Id rather get these than buy 5 hour energy every single day.Twice the cost for 5 hour,anyways.
