Hi All, I found this recipe that I thought you peanut butter fans might enjoy. PEANUT BUTTER PUDDDING PIE WITH CRUMB PASTRY: 209 calories a serving, serves 9. 21/2 c. multigrain o shaped cereal, 2 tblsp. butter,2 tablespoons natural smooth peanut butter, 2 Tblsp. water. That is for the crust.
Pie: 2 pkg. sugar free vanilla instant pudding, 3 cups skim milk, 1/3 c. peanut butter, 1 cup thawed cool whip, 2 tsp. miniature semisweet choc. chips.
1. Place cereal in 1 gal. bag. Crush cereal to make coarse crumbs. Microwave butter and 2 T. peanut butter on high 30 sec. in med bowl. Stir in cereal crumbs. Sprinkle mixture with water and stir with fork until cereal is evenly coated. Press into a 9" pie plate. Set asidel
2. Beat pudding mixes and milk in lg. bowl with whisk 2 min. gradually stir 1/3 c. peanut butter into pudding mixture. Spoon into shell. spread with cool whip, sprinkle with choc. pcs. Refrigerate overnight or freeze 1 hr. before serving.
