What have you learned since you began tracking your foods? (question from spark coach)
Tracing foods brings positive results! I increased my muscle mass, decreased body fat mass and decreased % body fat.
I learned that it is possible to track as you go, but this behavior can be misinterpreted by dinner guests. I checked y tracker to see if I could afford to add oil to my salad and while hubby guessed why I left the table to consult the computer, our guest thought I was being rue to abandon everyone at the table.
Ideal would be to preplan so I know whether or not I can add oil etc before I sit down to dinner.
It's the journey. We can do this.
