I would focus on getting a lot of nutrient-dense vegetables and fruits in the next few days to replenish lost electrolytes and nutrients in a balanced manner. Eating them raw will allow their enzymes to stay active so they can help in digestion and gaining maximum absorption of their nutrients.
I also like fresh ginger tea if I am experiencing nausea.
