Track all the things! :)

I track everything so that I have a record. Then, if somethings not working on the scale or in terms of my energy levels, I can go back and figure out a new solution.

Yesterday is but a dream, tomorrow but a vision. But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day.

~From the poem "Salutation to the Dawn" generally attributed to Kalidasa ~

Track them, especially if you eat a lot, and consistently eat close to the top of your range. 50 extra calories of veggies 2-3 times a day can start to add up.

yes ... you should track everything. I even track when i drink tea even though it has NO calories. Even though it would be more difficult... you can still eat too many calories even if you are only eating veggies!

I track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. The veggies may not be high in calories but they have other nutrients that you should be tracking.

I am measuring and counting everything but my veggies should I be counting them as well? I do count the starch veggies like potato, corn, peas etc. I just don't want to sabotage myself from go. Thank you emoticon
