It's tough, but if you hang in there you can do it!

I found it helpful to focus not on "just one day at a time" but rather the opposite. "No coke, ever again, not even one, ever~!" This helped me say 'no'. I think 'one day at a time' kind of leads me to think "I'll have one tomorrow" and that everlasting (unfulfilled) promise of getting more doesn't really help. To me it was helpful to remember that I do not want that stuff in my body any more, and that I *KNOW* that it won't be "just one" if I do have one. I will cave. I will have more. One will definitely lead to one more, and one more. So not one, not ever.

I did have a few sips about 7 weeks in and ... gross!! Tastes like dirt. So if you can go 2 months, you might have it licked purely from a "yuk I don't want that" standpoint. I still crave it, but I really don't *want* it.

Thanks!

And congratulations on 100 days with no Diet Coke! You're my hero! I've gone 2 days. :)

Just track the stuff you shove into it.

A pear is a pear, whole or juiced.

What is left behind is mostly inedible pulp. Your fibre intake won't be as high as you'll be tracking. But it'll be close.

Honestly, you don't have to be THAT exact with your freggies. :) Get healthy fruits and veggies in (no more than 1c of juice a day) and worry more about how to accurately track the higher calorie, higher fat, higher processed sugar items that may be in your menu.

Hi everyone! I just started juicing and I can't figure out how to track the juice. I usually use spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, a lime, and an apple or a pear. I can't find nutritional info for this type of juice anywhere so if anyone has any suggestions, I'll take them!
Thanks!
