I always get Trader Joe's nonfat Greek yogurt (usually plain, sometimes vanilla) and add blueberries and strawberries. Sometimes I'll toast some walnuts and throw those on, or top it with a little granola.

it's not cost effective for me to make my own compared to buying nonfat greek- so we like plain nonfat chobani greek yogurt. we like to add fruit, honey, extracts- vanilla or almond, sometimes nuts. i love to use it for cold overnight oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon.

I prefer to make my own low-fat yoghurt with skim milk powder and natural-style yoghurt. If I'm in the mood for greek yoghurt, I'll strain off some excess whey.

I use to make it the easy way, using Easiyo yoghurt packets, just adding water, but whilst it was cheaper than buying it pre-made, especially if you buy the packets when on sale, making yoghurt my current way is more cost effective.
BTW, Easiyo Low-fat greek yoghurt is my favourite.

I've got used to eating yoghurt plain, with my porridge, or with fruit for dessert.

I am trying to decide if I want to stick with plain yogurt I usually make my own toppings like currently I'm eating strawberry and coconut pureed together with half a cup of oats. But my question is I have to add about 1 tsp of sugar to it because I find the plain yogurt to be very bitter so would it be better if I switched to vanilla?

Oh that plain greek with peanut butter sounds delicious I'll have to try it!

So many ways! When I am being really diligent about sugar I do nonfat plain (greek or regular). Can put in smoothies to thicken. Or, I mix with a bit of peanut butter and cut up an apple and use to dip apples in! Or if I am out of milk, I mix it with my cereal.

I buy non-fat light strawberry yogurt and non-fat plain greek yogurt in large tubs. I mix the 2 together before I eat it. I don't really like the flavor of greek yogurt, but like the amount of protein, so this works for now. I would buy full- or low-fat for one of the yogurts, but these are considerably less expensive than other yogurts (both are Kroger brand).

I make a yogurt dip with PB2, cinnamon and honey with the greek yogurt that I use to dip fruit in. It would probably be good by itself too, but it does have higher calories.

I get whatever brand of plain greek yogurt that is on sale, as long as it doesn't have gelatin, thickeners or other weird stuff in it. My favorite way to eat it is with a big apple all cut up in it and a touch of vanilla extract and cinnamon.

I usually get plain non-fat greek or plain 1% yogurt. I will buy already flavoured greek yogurts when they're on sale. Greek yogurt is so expensive and I can't pass up a deal.

I buy nonfat greek yogurt and put chopped up fruit in it. It sounds a bit weird, but it's also really good if you mix a bit of greek yogurt with mashed banana, peanut butter, and cinnamon and put in on some toast.

Right now I get vanilla greek and add whatever fruit I have on hand (usually it's frozen strawberries)...once I finish off the container I'm gonna get plain and sweeten with honey and add fruit. Lots of protein!

And what do you put into it?
