If you look at the numbers in dark chocolate...like, really dark dark chocolate...it is a reasonably healthy yummy snack. It has taken me a while, but I've trained my palette up to the 99% stuff (don't start with it!)...so if you are used to milk chocolate, start with maybe a 70% dark and bump it every few weeks. The higher the %, the lower the calories and lower the carbs. 6 months ago, I'd pucker at 75%, now even 85% tastes like a New Year's party in my mouth.
