Oh, also, I have heard that you can slice veggies very thin and then put them in the microwave and they turn into chips. Would be great with potatoes, beets, parsnips, etc. Would that help with a fried food craving?
I agree that it's important for you to get the rest of your family away from the fried food, though -- if you have it around you all the time that will make your life much more difficult!
