If you had said "2 days" instead of "2 weeks," I would have said to go for it if that's what you want to do. I have found that a 1 or 2 day "semi-fast" is a good way for me to get my head back in the game. If you are reasonably healthy, your body should probably be able to tolerate the radical eating plan for a day or two.
But 2 weeks is a long time to eat in such an unhealthy way. You could do more harm than good for yourself. In the long run (and isn't the long run really the important thing?) ... you would be far better off to use those 2 weeks to establish a few healthy habits. Pick a few changes you want to make and focus on establishing them as regular habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life. That's the "real secret" to losing weight and keeping it off -- establishing healthy habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
