I crave chocolate a lot now, too. I have always liked chocolate but I will crave a piece of chocolate over other desserts 9 times out of 10 now. I keep mini chocolate bars in the house, and most are 150cal for 2, so as long as I limit myself to just 2 I am fine.
There are no shortcuts. No magic bullets. No secret spells. What works is hard work, dedication, and a daily dose of chocolate.
