My birthday is my free day. No exceptions. It was 2 weeks ago, and for my morning tea I had a jam and cream donut. I had been planning that donut for a month, and it was beyond amazing. But I had my usual salad for lunch because that is what I wanted! Dinner was pasta carbonara. Creamy, cheesy goodness.
I actually worked out on my birthday because it was my weights day and I love my ST so much that I actually wanted to do it.
