thanx I quit talking most of my pills and will look into another form of what I need.

I feel much better NOT being nauseous all day.

still looking into it and doing research.

thanx.

You might want to enter your vitamins into the nutrition tracker then to see how much you're consuming. Too much of anything isn't good for you.

If you're feeling sick or nauseated with the vitamins your body is telling you it's getting too much of something. I've had this happen before. I stopped everything and then added one vitamin/supplement back per day was able to pinpoint what was causing the nausea.

Do you track your vitamins in your nutrition tracker? Could you be going way over your limit of some B vitamins, and that's why you're feeling sick?

Regarding the use of dairy products/milk with supplements....it depends on the formulation of the supplement. Therefore, one should read the directions and take as directed by the manufacturer.

Don't take with milk. You won't absorb all of the vitamins.

Is there B vitamins in your hair and nail combo? you may be taking too much B vitamins since you are taking another B vitamins pill. Plus with healthy foods you get B vitamins too..avocado, greens squash etc...I generally try to eat a varied diet and take one vitamin a prenatal, it has everything and makes your hair and nails strong too and its all in one...my doc suggested that I keep taking after I had my LO since I am in my *child bearing* years and dont forget to take with some food. Or take them at night with a light snack before you go to bed to skip the sick feeling..or try another brand you may be sensitive to the fillers in the vitamin..but if its making you really ill talk to your doc!

I take mine with a meal and a glass of milk.

I am taking metformin, acidophilus, liquid vitamin D, b-complex and hair/nail formula.

the b-complex and hair/nail formula is the ones making me sick.

I am thinking its the form that makes me sick. I plan on looking into gel capsules or liquid and see how that goes.

Sounds like you may be taking way too many supplements; this would all depend on the strength of these supplements. This site can not assess your needs or evaluate the supplements you are taking---therefore I encourage you to talk to your doctor are a Registered Dietitian to find out what you actually need---you may be doing more harm than good for you body.

the only ones that don't make me sick are the children's chewable ones

Maybe you could try those?

Maybe try a different brand of vitamin?

I cannot take Centrum Multi Vitamins, they make me sick to my stomach. I am just fine with other brands of vitamins.

My first goal is to get back to 135lbs (just 6.8 lbs to go)

Maybe you could try a different type of vitamin, say a pill or capsule. Or a different brand of liquid vitamin. It may be that you are reacting to something in the formula that isn't actually a vitamin. The vitamins are probably not what is making you sick; it is probably the filler.

Other than that, I'm not sure what to suggest.

Try taking it with some food. That's what I do. Some vitamins need food to be properly absorbed anyway so I always take mine with food and never have a problem with nausea.
