Great! I know, I hit a plateau a couple weeks ago and had been sneaking little bites, tastes and not always measuring my portion sizes. I must have been racking up an extra 300 cals a day. So I became more honest and busted through that plateau.
We have to remember, it only harms ourselves and our weightloss efforts when we're not honest.
