I used to do both. I never agreed to accept that fruits were free so I always ate few fruits.
But when i changed how i eat and went to a more raw diet, neither SP or WW really works. Both are too based on the standard american diet. Really I have found the WW points and the SP calories work hand in hand. Members just need to learn what to eat and getting in all the points is not completely necessary.
I remember when WW first did the adjustment, members were stressing because they actually got more points to use. What they didn't realize was that the points of foods had gone up in most cases as well.
