Sure it is okay. It works out to 1500 over the last 2 days. Why don't you just eat 1500 a day though? It seems that as you drop down to 1300 for a few days, that eventually go eat 2000 calories. Eating towards the top of you range might help you eat at a steadier pace.
Sometimes we get a low range because we underestimate how many calories we burn. Maybe we have a more rigorous job, or do a lot of cleaning around the house, and all we count is exercise. The body knows though, and if it gets too short on fuel, it makes up for it.
Don't panic though. You can have heavy and low calorie days out of range. Just make sure your average for the week is in range. As long as you aren't eating 1000 calories to punish yourself for " cheating ". Eating 500 extra calories is less than 100 calories a day extra if you do it once a week.
