1550 is still for weight loss. Like YOJULEZ said, if you're closer to 1200, you're likely to lose weight faster if you're starting out. Just don't go below 1200.

Also keep in mind - if you start to burn significantly more calories through exercise, SP will tell you to adjust your settings, which means you'll get to eat more if you're burning more calories.

You should still lose if you eat 1550. Your maintenance range is actually higher. However, you'll lose more quickly the closer to the 1200 you go.

Working on maintaining at 140!

My calorie range is from 1200 - 1550. Will I still lose weight if I use the 1550 or is that to maintain my weight? Just wondered. Thanks for your help.
