Hello everyone, I'm Mint. Today I decided to get back on track and change my life style for good.
I used spark people before and it helped me lose a lot of weight, so I'm back!
Now as far as vitamins that I take:
Freeda Multi Vitamin Quintabs-M (for overall goodness)
Sundown Naturals Cinnamon 100mg (to help my with my insulin levels)
2500mcg B12 (for my low B12)
Now, what do you take and why? I would love to hear from everyone, that way we inform eachother on whats what and how good for you it is!
Also, if you take fish oil/flax seed oil, do you have any recommendations?
