Those Laughing Cow wedges have become a staple for me. I like to toast a slimwich 100 calorie for the bread, add a wedge of the LC and the possibilies are endless! The Queso flavor and also the Mozz/Basil are also very good. I don't eat meat very often, so I pile on the vegis - cucs, tomato, sprouts, red or green peppers, fresh herbs, dried herbs/spices.
Lately, I have wanted a hot sandwich at night, so I take a 100 calorie can of tuna fish and heat in a skillet with a wedge of LC (no mayo this way!) and add spices - dried onion, red pepper flakes, pepper, garlic powder, dill, chives) and usually add a big pile of spouts or cuc on top too!
The LC wedges are also great "melted" (more like combined) with scrambled eggs (I also add lots of spices here too) and go great on burgers or the Morningstar "Meatless" Burgers (last night was the Mozz/Basil wedge with the Morningstar Pizza burger)
Enjoy and thanks for sharing!
I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today? And whenever the answer has been no for too many days in a row, I k now I need to change something. ~ Steve Jobs
Everybody is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid. Albert Einstein
