Breakfast: 6 oz.Blood Orange 0% Chobani greek yogurt with frozen berries
Lunch: Simply smart chicken nuggets with Franks Sweet Chili dipping sauce. Baby carrots. Cucumbers. Pan fried (no oil) okra.
Evening snack (church night, so I'll be eating it around 6:45pm): 1 cup plain FF greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon agave, cinnamon, and cold grilled pineapple)
Emergency snacks (to be eaten when needed): Banana, pepperjack cheese bar (.75 oz), baby carrots, grape tomatoes. I find I do best if I snack a lot between meals, but I try to make sure the snacks are mostly fruits and veggies, though I will often include at least a string cheese or pepper jack cheese bar in the mix.
Dinner is undecided.
