Have the Spark Coaches ever shared their stories? For example one of the coaches (I can't remember which so I apologize) when answering a member's question wrote about how she (the coach) lost weight over a 3 year period. That her weight loss was slow as heck (my words, not hers emoticon ) and that it came off in ounces, not 1- 2 lbs, at a time. This is inspiring to me because after falling off the wagon I've rededicated myself to losing the weight slowly but sometimes slow isn't fun. At all. I started on October 1st and today I'm finally 10 lbs down. But to read that she did it, kept the weight off and that the slow and steady approach was worth it shows me that I'm on the right path.

I guess the stories don't all have to center around weight loss but I think it would be fun to learn about how each discovered a healthy lifestyle.

Thanks!

Faye
