SparkPeople doesn't recommend any kind of cleanses/detoxes for a few reasons. One is that your body is already efficient at removing toxins, so you don't really need it. Another is that it can actually make you sick by messing with the balance of healthy bacteria in your system.
The best way to cleanse your body is through a healthy diet and regular exercise.
