Yes. Every day. Several times a day.
Make it by the gallon and chill.
That way it is always ready.

No, but I also like green tea. I often brew it, add a little sugar or Truvia and have iced tea. I can tell it has a little caffeine.

I wouln't recommend caffeine in supplement form.

I drink green tea all the time because I like the taste.
I have lost 123lbs so far but I think the loss is from the 1200 calorie balanced diet and not the green tea. I guess if I drink the tea leaves it adds to my fibre total.
(how much fibre in a tea bag?)
At the end of the day whatever works for you go for it.
Lemon water is good too.

If I want a caffeine hit I'll have some coffee, not a green pill. I looked up the ingredients to one well-known green tea supplement made by a natural health remedy company and it contains "Maltodextrin, Green Tea Extract, Capsule Shell (Gelatine), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid)." Gross.

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

I am not one to believe all the hype around green tea being a "fat burner" and those informercials that say "lose 20 lbs in a month by taking this pill." I simply take a green tea pill once a day before I go to the gym to get the extra boost of energy. Does anyone else do this? Have anyone else seen results by doing this?
