I do intermittent fasting in the lean gains program.
Works pretty well for me, except I don't really have 'meals' during my 8 hours of eating. I just constantly graze. I'm not 'dieting' though. I eat a normal amount of calories. My focus is muscle gain rather than weight loss.
I do a 24 hour fast almost every Saturday. Clear fluids only. Lots of tea.
That's more for spiritual reasons than health, though.
