Raw apples have been linked to decreased risk of Alzheimer's. I've read the skin holds a lot of nutrients as well.

Spiced Apple Chips

2 medium apples
1 oz lemon juice

Pre-heat oven to 250 °F (120 °C).
Slice apples very thinly, discarding both ends.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, place on foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 2 hours, turning apple slices every half hour.
Seal in airtight container

Do you have apple recipes to share..I will share a quick one that is not really a recipe..
Peel , core and and slice an apple .Place slices in ramekin- spray with butter spay and sprinkle with cinnamon and packette of stevia. Place in 350 oven about 15 min or until soft. Top with 2 tablespoons frozen cool whip..Sf caramel sauce if you have the calories...Yum..
