A twinkie. Yes, I still have it. A coworker gave it to me. No, I'm probably not going to eat it. I may next week, but not today. Work lost it when the word went out that Hostess is no more, and people rushed across the street to the store to buy boxes of the stuff.
And this is also the time of the evening where I'm sitting at my desk,and I eat a piece of chocolate. Or two. Or 5. Not today. I'm already over my calorie count for the day, so no chocolate for me! I am skipping!
Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!
I usually don't say "NO" right off the bat - I say, stop and think about whether it is WORTH it - so when I THOUGHT about it I decided that I would NOT have the ice cream sandwich today - I may tomorrow so it will be there.

Cookies. At work on the filing cabinet outside my office. I moved them to the far corner so they are out of my view when I am sitting at my desk and that worked well, but every time I leave the office I can see them. So far I have resisted. For two days now. Should only be about another day's worth of cookies there so if my work buddies are good and finish them off tomorrow I will be able to give a sigh of relief.
