Candy coated Popcorn - I tried to stop at one serving, got to 1 and 1/2, closed the packet and put it away. Then wanted to add the nutritional info to my tracker and had to open the packet up to read the details - and finished the packet! Darn it!

Cheese Cake. It's why I only buy one slice to take home instead of the entire cake. That way I enjoy the correct size portion and don't have a chance to give in to my temptation for more.

Alcohol is a "gateway drug" for me. I'm not a big drinker and I don't party and get wasted, but when I do drink I crave carbs and fried foods. Because I'm making impaired decisions I usually have no desire to limit my intake of food and there lies the problem. I don't buy much alcohol for the house any longer and my husband and I have decided to hold each other accountable when imbibing. More and more we are choosing to not drink even when we go out just because we don't care for the after-effects even beyond over-eating. I think I can enjoy a glass of wine or a beer every once in a while but I have to really focus on making good choices afterwards.

My danger food is actually a danger drink. I cannot control my obsession with Pepsi, so I basically ban it and dont drink it. If I do break down and have one, it turns into two, then turns into "I will just drink Pepsi today and starting tomorrow I wont have anymore ever". Well that doesnt work out too well. You would think that if I just dont have it in the house that would be ok. But no... if I hear the sound of someone popping open a soda, that initial hiss the cans or bottle gives.. well I am a goner.

Anything sweet and if it is chocolate I really have to focus on what I should do and not what I want. I haven't quite got that under control, but I am working on it. I think my biggest problem with sweets is to not let myself get bored. When I am bored I tend to look for sweets.

Definitely chips. I eat one, it's all downhill from there!
However, I've found that pretzel sticks fill the same need without nearly the same degree of craving for more, so that's what I've been rockin' lately.
Plus, they're easy to count out into perfect sized snack bags of 100 calories.
