My danger/trigger foods abound, however they have one thing in common. CARBOHYDRATES!.
Doritos, Pizza, Ice Cream, Cake, Crackers, Cookies, Breads,etc.
Although I love, love me a bid ole salad and a steak, I rarely overeat on that alone.

looks like I replied to this post a few months back
but I'll have to say NACHOS!!
oh my goodness I've tried nachos from many different restaurants and they are dangerous! and loaded with lots of calories :(
but they're so dang delicious!!

I'll have to come up with a healthier and tasty nacho recipe because there's no way I want to give up nachos!

There can be almost any junk food around (chips, pop, cookies, pastries, puddings, candy, etc.) and I can simply not indulge, but I have a hard time with nuts. A small handful of nuts are good for you, but I can't resist having a LOT of handfuls when they are in the house and they really add calories fast. Sometimes will buy me a single small package (1 ounce or so) at the store for a treat.

I agree with "portion control".

The one food I really have problems with is nuts. Can't stop munching them. Yes they are more healthy than many other snacks but still have a lot of calories, and I can put away a lot of them.

I can't keep them in large quantities in the house as I will endlessly eat them, and occasionally at the store will buy a single small (1 ounce or so) package for a treat. As it is a couple of days to XMAS, I fear that someone may gift our home a nut tray or that someone where we visit over the next few days may be serving nuts as part of an appetizer spread.

salty/sweet depends on the day. I cannot (will NOT) have certain foods in my house because I will eat them all in one sitting - Pringles, Baked Lays.
I like sweets too - but can bake all day and not want to eat any of it. In fact, my kitchen if full of homemade cookies and they don't even interest me.
