my hubby just freezes whole fruit (say, strawberries) on a tray to keep them separate; bags them, and adds them to his water, occasionally.

whatever works for you

Far less messy and easier to simply add normal ice cubes for the chilling, and a piece of whatever fruit you like. You won't get the fruit sweetness with a cubed fruit block until the ice surrounding it has melted.

I saw a thing on Dr Oz. about having a sweet tooth and get your water for the day and i am trying it. You fill a ice cube try with mixed fruit or what ver type of fruit you want, fill the rest of the way with water nd freeze, thn you have frozed fruit cube to add to your water so you can have sweeten water without sugar. I thought this was very intresting since i have been working harder to drink my 8-9 glasses a day and mot soda!!

Has anyone else tryed this?
