Why do you feel you must stay on the low end of your fat range. Include some healthy sources of higher fat foods to help increase your calories, add flavor to your food and keep your gallbladder working properly. Saute veggies in a little oil, make a homemade salad dressing with olive oil, add avocado to a sandwich or salad, enjoy some nuts.

Low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese is a good snack. I agree with one of the PPs though...as long as you're within the daily range for your fat intake I wouldn't worry about staying on the low end. Fat in food does not necessarily equal fat on your body. Here is a great SP article about why it is important to include (the right types of) fat in your diet:

I'm trying to boost my protein (more toward the top of the range). My go to snacks are Canadian bacon and Greek yogurt (I buy non-fat).

string cheese is another good one.

Any particular reason you've been limiting yourself to only the lower end of the range in fat intake? You're given a range for a reason. Use it!

I've been finding myself falling a little short of my calorie ranges each day here lately in an effort to keep my fat intake in the low end of the daily range. I don't feel hungry doing so, but I know I should be eating at least the daily minimum of calories each day. I thought maybe I could add some snacks in there somewhere, but everything I like to snack on (even the healthy stuff) has some fat in it. Besides fresh fruits and veggies of course. Anyone have any tips on what to eat? The last few days I've been 500 or more calories off goal, but all my other intake was spot on.
