Matter of fact, I rechecked and the website does actually say that the info is for 1 dinner order. Seems pretty straightforward. Calorie bomb fears aside, the dish was so big and fiber-riffic (it was all squash and zucchini, after all) that I didn't finish the whole thing anyway, but I was just looking for a true answer to my suspicions. Maybe I'll take it upon myself to contact the chain and get them to explain!

I agree with previous poster that it might be serving size cause the number on the website sounds pretty accurate for if you made a serving for yourself at home, but restaurants typically give you way more food than you'd ever typically eat at a meal. Uno's Pizzeria is the same way, although they specify serving sizes and how many servings come in the meal, but it's never 1.

Maybe there are 2 portions per bowl? That would be the explanation I would go with. Can you estimate the portion and enter the separate ingredients into your tracker, and see what you come up with?

The website *should* be more accurate, but it sounds way too low for a restaurant portion of anything. Look carefully at the website listing and see if their serving size is actually half a portion-- they do that sometimes. It's also possible that there are two listings, one for lunch and one for dinner.

Since I was meeting friends for dinner at Ruby Tuesday tonight, I looked up the info on their spaghetti squash marinara--the website says about 260 cals, but on a couple of other web reviews, I saw the count as high as 406! Those reviews were from 2011 though, so I don't know if it means they've changed how they make it (maybe it used to include cheese or oil?), but does anyone happen to know the actual stats I should go by?
(The meal was delicious, by the way!)
