It's just caffeine.
Anything else in there (chromium, b6, antioxidants, etc), I can get, do get, and have always gotten simply from regularly eating some minimal amount of quality food.
If caffeine were truly effective by "stimulating thermo geneis and controlling appetite" i don't suppose I would ever have been fat to begin with - as I used to consume A LOT of caffeine. I was never without a cup of coffee in hand. I don't suppose adding a microgram of ground up geranium flower powder to my daily joe would have made any difference, either.
To each their own, but i consider it a pretty costly way of inducing a placebo effect, so I'll pass.
