Thank you all for the info it have been a great help. I never really looked or thought about what was in what i was eating. It is hard to keep the fat levels low as well. Seems like every thing you can buy from frozen foods seem so unhealthy.. i just looked at a cup of noddles { you know the 25 cent cups} and was blown away by what is all in it. Anyway again thank you all for the help!

bagels, whole wheat spaghetti, lots of fruits and veggies, and oat meal. I never have a problem getting my carbs...I struggle with fat intake.

You're short on carbs? haha, I always get way up on them. Best ways are with whole grains. You get these from 100% whole grain bread, bagels, torillas, ect. Brown rice and whole wheat pasta are also very good sources.

Fruit has carbs as well in the form of natural sugar and also comes with awesome vitamins and nutrients.

Adding whole wheat oatmeal or a cereal that lists whole grain flour as the #1 ingredient are other good ways of getting energy filled carbs in the morning.

I'm 5'8" stinks being shorter
Summer 2011- 215 lbs. Peak weight
Christmas 2011- 200 lbs
Start of summer 2012- 170 lbs

Fighting weights (Same day weigh ins)-
New Breed Lightweight (159) 8/4/12
weighed in at: 155
IBJJF Featherweight (150) 9/15/12
weighed in at: 148
Naga Featherweight (149) 12/1/12
weighed in at: 148

Goal is to maintain around 152. This leaves me in easy cutting range of featherweight.
