I burned 1500 calories today with a 3.5 hour bike ride, so I THINK I have to eat 1000 OVER what I am supposed to....I stopped shy of that-thankfully!!!emoticon

Oh, I believe ALL produce needs to be touched, smelled and squeezed-most people these days just don't know the first thing about choosing fruits & veggies, though!!!
