Are you tracking fibre?
If you're keeping track of your fibre intake, then tracking juicing as the whole fruit/veg would put that off because you're not getting the fibre. But you ARE getting almost the same calories, as mentioned already, so if you're not already tracking fibre and concerned about getting that right, just track the whole fruit/veg used to make the juice.
Juicing is a good way to up your fruit and veg intake if you're finding that difficult. Count one glass of juice daily as one serving of freggie and get the other 4+ a day from whole fruits and veggies. You should not be having more than one glass a day of juice.
It is neither beneficial nor harmful to weight loss. Weight loss is a result of total calories in and out, and having some of those calories as juice doesn't make a blind bit of difference. If your totals are still in range, and you're only having 1c a day, that's fine.
