Someone turned me onto honey to sweeten yougurt. Only problem, i can't figure out how to mix it as anything but a clump.

Many of the common yogurt names have plain - Dannon, Yoplait, Trader Joe's, etc. Trust me, you won't have any difficulty finding it.

I prefer to sweeten my yogurt with fresh fruits!

I buy no sugar added plain yogurt all the time. It comes in the larger containers. I don't believe you will find no sugar added in the single serve containers

My first goal is to get back to 135lbs (just 6.8 lbs to go)

Plain yogurt contains sugar. Lactose is a type of sugar that occurs naturally in dairy products. When you see sugar grams on the label of a container of plain yogurt, it is due to lactose and probably not from added sugar.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

Tons of them. every single line of yougarts has several (higher and lower fats, and sometimes even non-fat).

Just look at any store, in a brand you enjoy.

When I was in Japan, I could buy "plain" yogurt (no sugar added) with a sugar package. Adding it or not was optional, so, I could adjust taste and amount of sugar consumption. But here, most yogurt already contains obscene amount of added sugar.

Are there such "plain" yogurt in US market? If so, what's the brand name?
