So I have been on Spark now for almost a month and monitoring how much I eat compared to the calories I burn exercising.

I have been eating healthier and started working out more than I have in ages. When I first started, i was in the 18-2100 calorie range. It increased to 21-2400 as I worked out (cycling) more. Now, as I have decided to try p90x for an all around workout and include my usual cycling routine (8 miles/33 min x 4/wk) I have done the math on calories I will burn in a week, and my recommended total for daily intake is now 29-3200 calories a day.

The big problem is I have barely been able to get 16-2000 calories in me regularly. So I need some help with what I should do. Should i cut down the exercise to a more manageable calorie level, or should I find ways to get more calories in me? And what kinds of foods would fit well for higher calorie intake but still being healthy?

I eat 3 or so moderately sized meals a day and snack on fruits and carrots mostly multiple times a day. I feel like I eat enough, but the numbers don't match the work I'm doing.

Thank you!

Jayson
