Greek yogurt is a staple since it "becomes" so many other things I used to eat.... But "go to" for cravings is Hormel Turkey Pepperoni - it is SO much better than regular pepperoni and makes for a salty decadence with only 70 calories!

I just bought my first box of Wasa. I am on a 21 day challenge through my Curves Club.I was looking in the cracker aisle for some low calorie options and BANG, I saw Wasa. It was a great choice. I spread a very thin layer of almond butter and crunch away. I am glad we share this delicious snack.

Happily, I don't just have one go to item... I plan, plan, plan so I have several go to items. I start my day off though, with the same Go Lean Regular cereal (3/4 cups) with 3/4 cup lite silk soy milk and seasonal fruit... Right now berries. I also couldn't go without my "snack" foods: string cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, nuts, hard boiled eggs, and protein bars( I ALWAYS keep one in my purse in the event I'm in a pinch for something to eat).

Boneless skinless chicken breast and low fat ground turkey is my go to food. I make virtually anything with them at mealtime for four hungry kids. You do have to be really careful about your ground turkey. Many suppliers add the skin ect. into the grind. I make sure it at least 85 to 15 just like ground beef.

Oh and I like to keep around light bread, peanut butter, and raw honey. PB and raw honey on toast is also filling and I realize peanut butter isn't the leanest food but it's good fat!

CHOBANI GREEK YOGURT. I can't NOT have it in my tiny college fridge. It's one of the few snacks that fills me up in between meals without being loaded with fat and calories.

At the moment, I'd have to say Greek Yogurt. I have it almost every morning - if I don't have it in the morning, then I have it for dessert. I just LOVE it. I just wish it had more calcium - When yogurt is strained, about half of the calcium gets stripped. That's the only downside :( But I still love it!
