fresh almond butter and pepperidge farms thin whole wheat bread. It takes away my craving for sweets (and I use a teaspoon not a tablespoon of the stuff so not as high cal as it sounds--in my bag for those must have something to eat snack times...work is full of the sweets and carbs!)

corn flakes with skim milk, stevia and cinnamon. I eat it between after dinner and bed time it sweet enough to satisfies sugar cravings. I make sure I save the calories at the end of the day so I can indulge. About 180 calories depending on serving size and how many calories I have left after the day.

Extra virgin olive oil.
When I'm out, canola oil will do for a day or two, but olive oil will be at the top of my shopping list. I saute veggies almost on a daily basis. Maybe I should try fat free veggie cooking a little more often.

Red peppers, lavash crackers, hummus, apples, carrots, clif bars

Lost 65lbs in 15 months to get healthy and in top shape to try to get pregnant, and succeeded! Had our first baby in February 2013!

I only gained 32lbs in my pregnancy (and immediately lost half within a few weeks of his birth). April 1st is my full restart date.
