A couple of the mini candy bars, like snickers. I feel like I've indulged, but for only around 40-50 calories each, it's not too damaging. And with snickers, the peanut adds a little protein. A sweet snack without breaking the caloric bank.

so many choices!! apple with peanut butter, greek yogurt, fiberone protein bar, rice cakes with peanut butter, banana & a cup of almond milk, almonds & a cup of v8 light, air popped popcorn & an ounce of cheese, 10 wheat thins & 2 tbs of hummus and I could keep going on! I try to incorporate carbs and protein in all my snacks. SP has some GREAT Articles as well on healthy snack for under 200 calories for even more options.

Definitely a handful of Triscuits and a few slices of colby jack cheese! Best taste combo ever for a snack. Or a few tbsp Ranch and cut up whatever veggies are on hand, cucumber, carrots or celery mostly.

Large shrimp with cocktail sauce - 15 or so is 130 cal. I make the sauce out of catsup and horseradish with a touch of lemon. YUM!

You can make it hot which I enjoy before bed or the gym or in the blender with ice and you can even add coffee. It's like 13 grams of protein and tastes sooo good.

My other favorite is 2 Light Rye Wasa Crackers 60 cal
2 Laughing Cow Cheese(light garlic and herb)or any 35 cal flavor. 70 cal
Small Granny Smith Apple 50 cal
Small bag of baby carrots 20 cal
This is very filling!!

Last night I decided I wanted something different. I cut up a small tomato and sprinkled feta cheese (very small amount just for the taste not even a serving.) then drizzled some balsamic vinaigrette. Total 190 calories and 7 grams of fat. I was under my fat and wanted something different for a snack!

Almond Thin Crackers (any flavor) are awesome - they're made by Blue Diamond, gluten free.....YUM!

I'm also a Skinny Cow girl when I want ice cream or candy.....not often, but a good go to!

Mango with fresh lime juice. A whole medium mango has 130 calories and I can only ever eat half!

My biggest weakness is sour candy and this is the only thing I have found that actually tastes similar!
