After I exercise I have skim milk with Ovatine. I read that this is a good after exercise snack and it usually falls for me in mid or late afternoon.

I was shopping at Costco while hungry -- big mistake! The samples smelled delicious. I had a chicken wing, half a chicken meatball, 1/4 a grilled cheddar cheese sandwich, and two chocolate-covered pretzels. I decided when I was done that was actually lunch.

Well I haven't had one yet, I don't really snack because my meals are really balanced so they keep me full until my next meal... if I do happen to snack though, it will be on Spaghetti Squash - I am obsessed! LOL!
