I put a whole wheat tortilla (cut up) in the oven on broil for about 2 minutes til it was crisp. Then I put peanut butter on it and took it for a snack. I need to get my calories up to my minimum and the PB really helps with that. You can pair the crisp tortilla with salsa, hummus, cheese, anything really..

I must try the luaghing cow cheese and wheat thins.... Today I will have a Kiwi in the morning and in the afternoon half an avocado with lime juice...Let's see how that goes...as there are twizzlers in my desk drawer!

I had sandwiches as my snacks today. One on a light wheat hot dog bun and tons of veggies, ham, light mayo, and mustard. Another on greek pita break with tuna salad, lettuce, and tomato.

I had a small slice of Aged White Cheddar Cheese when I got home from work and about 10 Ruffles potato chips. Not so good. But I am still in my calorie range for the day.

AM snack was almonds. PM will probably be carrots with some hummus and a few whole wheat crackers. Hard to believe I used to go all day without eating!

2 bananas today and one cup of strawberries. Before this week I was snacking on 100 calorie packs of chips/crackers/cookies and I decided this week to cut them out...I thought it would be hard but it isn't, the fruit is good and filling. I feel better about it.

I can't imagine my cravings for chocolate EVER going away...  , but at least they do say there is some health benefits to it! For snacks today I had strawberries dipped in WW vanila yogurt and dry Lucky Charms. Cereal often cures my sweet cravings and it usually has a lot of vitamins in it.

I had a Kellogs cereal bar, watermelon and 5 Pringles.  I'm craving candy something terrible, but I have none in the house, thank goodness. The sweetness of the watermelon helped with the craving somewhat, though I'd still love to have a box of Willy Wonka Runts, right now!
